At Michael’s Carpet, we don’t expect you to buy a floor based on what you see online. While we strive to keep our pictures as accurate as possible, color variations can be caused by different hardware from computer to computer. Our website is here to provide you with the information you need to begin shopping, as well as the resources you need to finish. The website will also be your guide during the decision making process. Because there is such a huge difference between seeing something on a monitor and holding it in your hands, we will gladly send you samples of anything. We want you to be confident in the quality and accuracy of your purchase.

For your convenience, all samples can be shipped via U.P.S., FedEx, or The United States Postal Service.

Exclusive Carpet Samples:
When ordering a sample from Michael’s exclusive private label, we strive to provide you with options for your convenience and preference. Samples can be ordered individually and sent right to your home without any cost to you! If you see a style you’re interested, but can’t quite pick just two or three colors, we’ll send you a sample book with samples of each of the colors in the style! The best part about the sample book: it’s free! You don’t even have to pay shipping.

Regular Carpet Samples:
The least expensive carpet samples are 6in X 6in, and are often free. Larger samples are also available for most carpets, depending on style, though a charge will be assigned for upgrading sample size.
We will happily provide 3 free samples and pay the shipping and handling for you! After that, a small shipping and handling fee will be charged per free sample.
Samples of styles which are unavailable in free sizes are available at the expense of the sample and shipping and handling.

Featured Carpet Samples:
Samples of our featured carpets are free, and Michael’s Carpet will even pay the shipping and handling for you on the first 3 samples. For a quantity of samples greater than three, however, a small shipping and handling fee will be charged per free sample.
These samples, like the regular carpet samples, are generally also available in larger sizes; additional charges may apply for sample size upgrades.
