Shipping

We ship our products via U.P.S., FedEx, and Roadway. It is highly recommended that you arrange to have your installer pick up your larger shipments at your freight carrier's local terminal. Rolls of carpet and large pallets of hard surfaces are heavy and often difficult to handle and your installer should have the experience and equipment necessary to move your order from the terminal to the job site. Smaller items such as area rugs, trim pieces, glues and solvents can be delivered directly to your door. Shipping costs are not covered by our advertised price.  Please contact a Michael's Carpet Customer Service Representative for information concerning shipping costs and estimated delivery dates. If you choose not to have your order shipped via common carrier, a customer pick up option is available at any of our three locations.
